Greetings, everyone! I'd like to officially invite you to attend the 8th annual Athens Eggfest on Saturday, April 14th in Athens, Texas. Held at the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center, this Eggfest offers cooks a unique opportunity to have an onsite prep kitchen, covered cooking areas, easy access indoor restrooms, gift cards to help with food expenses, and more!!! There are still a few cooking slots open. If you've never cooked with us before, you won't want to miss it!! Hope to see you there!!!

    Athens Texas Eggfest sets the bar for locations as an Eggfest Cook. If you wanted to get your feet wet and show off your cooking skills...Make Athens the place. Amazing location with support from start to finish.

    Any word on 2019?  I have friends who are fellow eggheads planning on coming down from Hot Springs and we are trying to coordinate.

    I saw what weekend it's been held in the past and we reserved a place on Lake Palestine for a few nights.  GF is flying out from California too so I can show her around the community where we are settling.  Sure hope it didn't fall between the cracks.
