I've been going back over my collection of rub recipes the past few days, adding in new ones. Found some good "new" old recipes from 1777 here. I think lots of you might like a look at the blog. About a hundred articles about old time cooking, recipes and videos included.

    That's the guy who has a few videos on building and using cob ovens. One is a quick and dirty oven, but the other one looks pretty decent.
