Snow Day Ribs on the Mini

Here in Kansas City we had thunder snow this morning (yes a real thing) so I decided to work from home.
I'm still giddy about getting the mini back, so I decided to do some ribs right outside the back door.
Got them on at 10am, will be providing live updates!
