My longest standing friend is finally getting married next month and just bought his first house!! So I'm buying him a Large green egg, nest, handler, A/R combo and a kick ash basket. I'm about to order the egg now and was wondering what the cost these days is from ACE? I want to get him the egg somewhere close to his house in case he needs warranty returns (seems to make it easier)

Eastern Shore Ace in Daphne might be worth a call.

Sand Dollar on Airport Boulevard is a dealer there. I can’t testify as to the level of service. There is another larger dealer but I can’t remember the name. Sand Dollar also sells Those red eggs in addition.

Was at the dealer on Saturday here in Utah. Looked like 999 lg egg, nest and side tables. 1299 xl same setup. I know this doesn’t help your local but you asked a price

Mobile proper or Eastern Shore? The locater shows about a half dozen altogether.

There is a Kamado Joe roadshow going on in the Mobile, AL Costco from 3/22 to 3/31.
Last year the Classic Joe with all the racks, split stone and nest plus a few other things went for $950. At that price I bought one for a home warming present for my son. It's a solid cooker with similar support, except they mail replacement parts instead of making you pick them up.
Just a thought in case you might want to go that direction.
I still love my BGE's but ended up with a Joe Jr for myself.

I thought about that. But I don't want him to turn "green" with envy when he comes to hang out next to my eggs.Hungry Joe said:There is a Kamado Joe roadshow going on in the Mobile, AL Costco from 3/22 to 3/31.
