Baby Back Ribs

Late post but this was my first time cooking baby back ribs. Caught them on sale at my local meat market at a deeply discounted price because of the sale by date being the next day.  Indirect @ 225° and 3-2-1 method.  Falling off the bone tender and beautiful smoke penetration! 
Butt rub, sweet baby ray's bbq sauce, apple wood smoke.    *Cut off membrane*
