Hey all
I pulled a beef tenderloin from the freezer yesterday and sliced into steaks. Seasoned with Holy cow and are currently air drying in the fridge for tonight.
Problem is we were just invited for dinner elsewhere tonight. Do you think they'll be ok in the fridge till tomorrow?

Yeah, you’re fine.
Beef can go a long time.
I have done chicken where our plans got screwy and left it thawed for 3 days.
