At least I really like it! I do a modified version of this chili. This batch is for the Super bowl tomorrow. I know it's hard to see but it's kind of cold here today so there is a lot of steam.

I use bacon fat instead of EVO and what ever peppers I can get my hands on when I'm making it, amongst a few other minor changes.
