Way OT. What is this?

I had a retaining wall built and the crew removed the garden lights and reinstalled them. Some of the lights didn’t work and it was because this thing wasn’t plugged in. I am missing one and would like to order off the net. I’m assuming it’s a bulb or light of some kind but have had no luck finding it on the googleator. Thanks
