Tri-Tip from Sams Club

I highly recommend the Peppercorn Marinated Tri-Tip from Sams Club. Cooked at 375 degrees on the top rack of my Adjustable Rig. Direct heat. Sides were Ranch Potatoes, Green Beans, and Sister Schuberts Rolls.
