Smoked chili

today I have officially had enough of the cold and winter. Smoked this in an 8 quart dutch oven with a new chili rub that I am working on. Everything was really good but I need to dial the heat back a bit for my wife next time.

LOL, removing the two jalapeno slices would help dialing it back -
I made a pot in a CI dutch oven on the Egg yesterday - rich and smokey. Forgot to take pics.

The bowls oks are from a store here in Canada called kitchen stuff plus. They were 5.00 each -
