I decided to make something for the kids and I on the indoor gas fire box that involved rice. SWMBO is on a no carb diet and wanted a steak that I couldn't justify firing up the large for, so....the Weber gets a little action tonight.

why would you not use LUMP for this??? It does work in a (cough, cough) Weber and IMO has much cleaner taste.

Quick answer is that I didn't have any lump handy (I know, I should always have lump available), I also gifted this grill to my father in law a few months back and he said he couldn't get this charcoal to light.
