Started on the electric smoker at 8 AM and at 275 degrees because I needed the Egg for a turkey.
Moved to the Egg at 11:30, 350 degrees. Crutched it at 160. It’s at 196 now (1:30 PM) and climbing. If this tastes remotely good I’m sold.
