Smoked unicorn cheese ... a funny Christmas story

No pictures but a funny story.
Our 5-year old, unicorn-obsessed, niece (think the little one in Despicable Me and you're there) does not like cheese at all. So when I bought out the cheese platter, complete with a selection smoked in the Minimax, I expected her to pass.
Her grandfather proceeded to pass her some smoked red Leicester, stating it was "special unicorn cheese". She devoured it like it was the most tasty thing she had eaten, her mother's jaw hitting the floor in a remarkable fashion. In the car on the way home our niece wanted to know when she could have some more special unicorn cheese.
Looks like I'm going to be smoking some red Leicester ... ahem ... unicorn cheese ... in the Minimax tomorrow.

Great story. Don't mention grampa's craftiness for maybe another 10 years.
I have to wonder if she thinks the cheese is from unicorns, or for unicorns. Or both.

Nice bit of human engineering there.
It's not surprising that unicorn cheese actually exists.
