When your birthday falls on Christmas Eve and you like to cook....
Gift was customized from East Georgia Metals. Used it immediately to smoke the Christmas ham.
Snow coming down but what a sweet set up!
Fresh ham injected with apple juice, honey and maple syrup. Honey Hog rub.
Pulled at 201.... dinner time!!
