Trying to get ready for Christmas dinner. My dad always cooks one each year...well he just got out of the hospital..said he didn't feel up to it and this year was up to me...well I've never cooked one and didn't want to mess it up this year.
Trial run was definitely a success...3.7 lb prime rib smoked for 1 hr 45 min

May I ask what temp u cooked it at?Sarasota Fl. and Lake Toxaway N.C. (and Novembers on the island of Kauai) (and April in France.... Don't hate on me for that)
