I just bought a COOKS butt yesterday as there were no shanks to be had, which I prefer when given the choice as there is less fat. Typically there is only like a .20 or .25 per pound difference no it's no great shakes!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Always had the same question... usually buy butts thinking they must be better since they are priced a little higher.
