    Welcome.     I would suggest a drip pan from CGS and the 1/2 inch ceramic spacers.     Good luck and if you want to get recommendations it may be better to look at older discussions and evaluate well before you buy accessories or you will spend a whole lot of money and may still not have exactly what you want.

    Congrats! Do your homework on temp control. Lot's of info on the topic on here (search) and google/YouTube. A little homework now might save some frustration for your first cooks. 

    Rule 1: Catch the temp you want on the way up.
