My favorite salad dressing... Blue Island... 1/2 Bleu Cheese and 1/2 Thousand Island. Always fun to order at a restaurant as the wait staff will just take the order leave and have to come back for an explanation!!

Bacon and peanut butter on toast was a staple at breakfast growing up. My wife and kids have been indoctrinated too. I fill up a couple jalapeños with peanut butter instead of cream cheese when making jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon. The hard part it getting them tilted up to prevent the pb from leaking out.
