never made this odd candy before, this is better than ribs. does it normally have bones

dog found me some fly tying material, never see the black tails, from a distance it looked like he pulled it off a skunk

i think i got part of the first rib and a small amount of that connecting cartilage on one section

Good looking candy.

The Asian place where I live usually has belly. Never had any bone or cartilage in it. Skin on, and not as thick as could be used for standard bacon. Really a quick and easy cook.
