not having a good morning. Have the FB set at 325, with thermostat in the back. FB reading 220, dome temp reading 290. Moved the flame boss prong to the side of the grate and it shot up to 310. Now can't get the app to work. It's cooking, so hopefully all done by 1:30. We will see. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Try clipping the FB probe to the dome thermometer. That's what I do and it works best.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
