Warranty

I purchased my large BGE May 27th 1997 (20 Years Ago).  Last week while cleaning out the base, I noticed it was cracked.  I called in for a replacement under the warranty.   They asked for pictures.   I received a new base yesterday.  Folks, their life time warranty is for real!

    BGE’s warranty is the best! Did you call your dealer or BGE headquarters?
    Everyday is Saturday and tomorrow is always Sunday.

    My dealer went out of business about 15 years ago so, I called Sutter Home and Hearth (another dealer).  Great People!
