Deep Fried Pork Loin

Anybody ever fried a pork loin? We're frying a turkey next week and I thought about prepping one to dunk after the bird comes out. Any ideas on the best way to go about it? Thought about smoking it for a couple hours in the masterbuilt smoker and then coating it like fried chicken and fry it to crisp up.

never done it, im thinking a splayed out boneless pork butt or cubed might even be better.

Never done it, but sounds interesting. I'd probably do it cutlet style: cut it into 2-3 sections, butterfly and pound it flat, coat in seasoned flour and fry it up like a chicken fried steak.It's a 302 thing . . .

My mom cooks thanksgiving like a champ with all the normal stuff so it's hard to come up with a way to contribute. I was going to smoke a turkey but with an oven cooked bird and a fried bird I think we need something different.
