ABT's with homemade pimento cheese

Here is how I make Jalapeño poppers. 

We make homemade pimento cheese. This stuff is so good. We make big batches of it and then freeze them in small contains so we can use them for things like this. 

The recipe is @ http://amazingribs.com/…/snacks_…/pimento_cheese_spread.html We use the fancied version at the bottom of the page. We use more seasoning that he does and we smoke the red peppers on the egg which by the way turns them into pimentos.

Get big jalapeno's cut them and half and get rid of all the seeds. 

Fill each half with the pimento cheese. 

Then add a Boar's Head cocktail wennie. No one likes a cheap wennie.

Wrap in Wright Brand Bacon and then put on the egg/smoker/grill indirect heat around 325. 

Take them off when they look done probably 30'sh minutes.
1 Large BGE & 1 Mini-Max BGE (Smokey & the Bandit) +  1 custom Challenger cart for their home. Kick Ash Basket & Igrill2, and cast iron inside for finishing reverse sears.
