This turned out really good for my first try. Used Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce for the first time and it has a flavor I can't much tell from the full sodium kind, so that is a plus.
This turned out as good, if not better, than any I have had eating out. Fun cook.

Yeah, I am already thinking about next time. Bigger, fresh instead of frozen shrimp, more soy sauce and more onions. And, wait a little while before adding the egg, as it got a bit too done.
