Dinner tonight, pork tender, stuffed mushrooms

My wife just delivered our second baby a couple days ago, so I'm cooking dinners every night. Not sure why we keep eating at 9PM...
Tonight: Baby Bella stuffed mushrooms, onion, bacon, shrimp, crm chz, fresh parm, maras pepper:
Pork was marinated in: Worstec., Soy Sauce, garlic, onion, honey. Then crusted in bread crumbs, cilantro, onion, Tyme, salt:
Both cooked at 400F together on the BGE large.

Thank you for the well wishes. Everything has been amazingly easy, except our toddler now has the croup and has been sneezing all over the baby for a couple days. We're holding our breath and have bags packed for an ER visit in the night. Knock on wood..

Congrats Eric! If you dont have one, get a hot steam vaporizer and run it constantly in the kids room. Eucalyptus oil is helpful too
