How big was that pork (shoulder?). I still toy with getting a Mini for travel, but wasn't sure if I could smoke a large enough piece of meat to share.
On the upside, if you can smoke small cuts AND have them stay tender, it would increase my cooking. As I'm not always figuring out the best way to process leftovers from a 10 lbs. cut...
