Seared smoked pork fillet/tenderlion and chorizo with sweetcorn puree

Had this over the last couple of nights, absolutely lovely. The pork fillet was smoked over apple wood, then rested and finally seared with chorizo. The real surprise though was the sweetcorn puree, this had Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head added to it, the combo of that puree and the seared chorizo was outstandingly good. @Nature Boy I could just have that that tbh.
