Chicken Stir-Fry

I had a big Dizzy Pig shipment show up yesterday thanks to folks on the forum alerting us to the free shipping on $50. Finally got the Peking seasoning folks have been raving about.
Was going to grill chicken but realized I had somehow let myself run out of charcoal! This will be remedied today. Decided to fire up the Blackstone for some stir-fry. Sliced up chicken breasts and let marinade in Peking w/ soy sauce. Veggies included bok choy, celery, carrots, squash, snap peas, mushrooms, and green onion. Turned out great and the family tore it up. Really like the Peking flavors.
