Just some simple chicken wings smoked with apple wood. Wings sat in dizzy pig Jamaican firewalk for 24 hours, smoked indirect at 350 for a few hours, then sauced and back on the egg for a bit to let the sauce stick.

And to any one that followed my post about the pappy van winkle barrel aged ghost chili hot sauce. I didn’t take pics of it, but I tossed a few wings in that instead of the bbq sauce to try it out. They were darn good!

Ive been wondering how that turned out. How was the flavor profile on the sauce? Kinda gimmicky or something to add to the collection?Leopoldstoch said:And to any one that followed my post about the pappy van winkle barrel aged ghost chili hot sauce. It was enjoyable. Not much if any barrel presence. The honey in it has it a little sweeter than I prefer in a hot sauce but it was good and I enjoyed it.Killit_and_Grillit said:
