I have an SS prep table and it is holding up fine.
However, neither the one I have or the one you linked to is ALL stainless steel - just the top is. Eventually rust may appear on the legs/casters but that is not a big deal as long as you keep an eye on it and limit the spread of the rust.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. 400 series stainless will rust. 304 or 316 is a much better albeit pricey option. If a magnet will stick to it, it'll rust...

As a new driver, I was very upset when my new STAINLESS exhaust showed discoloration/oxidization within a week!
I do like that table and price point!Large, Medium, MiniMax, 36" Blackstone

Been looking at this one. Solid NSF 304SS top but, the under shelf is 430SS. But, even with the ferritic 430SS you should be okay.
Is this going to be in an outdoor area that is covered by a roof or straight up outdoors? Also will you be putting some sort of cover over it when you're not using it or will it be left uncovered? Are you in a corrosive environment ie... coastal location. You don't need to answer me but, these are questions you need to ask yourself before deciding. There are certainly tables that are one hundred percent ALL 304SS. But, you're not going to be purchasing one for one or even two hundred dollars unless it's used.

Eventually perhaps . Both of my tabletops are 443 stainless. One is a few years old and the other is about a year and a half. Both are exposed to the elements 24/7/365. Neither of the tabletops are showing a speck of rust.DoubleEgger said:400 series stainless will rust. 304 or 316 is a much better albeit pricey option. Ive had this one out for about 3 months and it's been great. It's high quality stainless. Came out of a prep kitchen somewhere.
I was using this until I get my table built but I'm considering building it inside of it since it's held up so well."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

I have SS egg table. I have two issues with it. First is the reflection from the sun is brutal. The second is the table gets hotter than hell in the sun. Other than that, it has been great. I have a BBQ mat over the side without the egg.

I have a stainless table that has been exposed outside for over 6 years and it has no rust yet. However it doesn't see harsh conditions here. I'm not exactly sure of the grade but a magnet won't stick anywhere on mine except for the adjustable feet.
One thing my table didn't like was having a hot plate setter set down on it. The heat caused the top to warp and although it partially went back to flat I can still see a slight wave in the top.
Overall I've been happy with my table.XL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, M&M BBQ Texas Smoke King, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal
