Fixed the inaugural breakfast on the BS for the wife first thing in the morning. For those of you familiar with it, yes that is Smith's Red & White sausage on the BS, if you aren't familiar with it, you should be. Unfortunately it was our last pound but it was mighty fine! We will have to be traveling soon to eastern NC with the cooler and reload on enough sausage sausage to make it thru another winter in the north.

Started working on these bad boys around 2……….

After the first two hour cook, I got sidetracked and forgot to take any additional pics of the finished product. We had to call over for help to put a dent in this throw down.
To top it all off, My panthers went to Foxboro and beat the Pats and the Americans won the Presidents cup in a commanding victory.
Thats a pretty good Sunday where I come from.

I've never heard of Smith's sausage. I'll look into getting some. I'm partial to Neese's.------------------------------

Looks good. Do you have any pictures of the packaging of the sausage?

May be some pix on their site - https://www.smithsredandwhite.com/thetrim said:Looks good. Do you have any pictures of the packaging of the sausage?“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk -
Here is a link to their website. Unfortunately there isn't a label to show you because its wrapped in white wax paper….Thats it. Small little family owned grocery/restaurant with some of the finest eastern NC food you can get. Well worth the trip if you are somewhat close because they don't shipit.HeavyG said:
