Anniversary dinner

Brooke and I's anniversary was on Tuesday. Being a work night, we put off the celebration until this evening.
Cooked up some prime Ribeye Cap Steaks along with Nola's potatoes au gratin, brussel sprouts and an experiment with Mille-Feuille potatoes.

Happy anniversary. Ours (35 years) was a couple of weeks ago and we went out to a chain steakhouse. It was OK, but we both agreed we should have cooked our own. We don't drink, but if we did, no amount of wine would make us classy.
