Spaghetti squash on the bottom and baby ports roasting on top. 
Chicken seasoned with SPOG on the mini after everybody's help to get it to burn. Lean.
Plated up up with some shredded

I never thought about cutting the spaghetti squash into "rings". I always halve them, load them with butter, S&P, cover with foil, and bake them.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
