Brisket and Two Pork Butts

My beloved college football team has a big game tomorrow, and my excitement level is a solid 9 out of 10. I’m having 20 friends over for the game and BBQ, so I'm overnighting a full packer and two pork shoulders.
I know many American pit masters consider brisket the Mt. Everest of barbecue. If I had to pick a favorite off the egg, most days I’d probably go with baby back ribs. But I’ve learned that I much, much prefer any two meats over any one. There’s something grand about two.
I admit that brisket, in particular, is better when I smoke it alone versus combine it with another meat on the egg, but I measure my barbecue skills based on brisket/pulled pork combo cooks. Wish me luck tonight and tomorrow.

I've cooked that same setup several times. I really like the butts dripping on the brisket. No spritz required!

I had to add charcoal this morning, which is always a pain mid-cook, but things are otherwise trending nicely.
