Just finished a few pies for the family. Kept it pretty simple:
1. Margarita with some fresh basil from the garden
2. Pepperoni with chopped up serrano peppers (they are hidden for the surprise)
3. Plain cheese with oregano for my daughter.
Use Publix dough (my go to approach for now), raised stone on the AR extender at 550 deg. Each pie took about 7 min.
