Trader's Coffee Rub

Tried Trader's coffee rub on a tri tip. It was a big hit. I usually make my own rubs but this sure was easy. Great flavor. A little sweet, a little spicy and of course the coffee.

    @piney The knife is actually a Wusthof Classic Nakiri. It's one of my favorites.

    Never tried the Trader Joe's....but the 4 Rivers of the same name is a big fav of mine.

    Oops! We just bought one that looks like that design. We have never used it but good to know it should work well.

    Oops! We just bought one that looks like that design. We have never used it but good to know it should work well.
    @piney It's great for veggies and slicing boneless meat. I wouldn't use it to cut up a chicken.  If you watch Pioneer Woman it's the only knife she uses.
