It's finally here! Don't care who you're going for but want to know what y'all are cooking. I'm frying up some boneless wings tonight and tossing in buffalo, honey BBQ and Parmesan garlic. Also tossing together some corn dip. All in time to watch Alabama beat FSU

Rollin' smoke at 1000.
3 racks of spares and a whole loin.
Peach chunks, JD chips, Kingsford. Went with water in the pan to shield the bottom 3 racks.

I special ordered these beef short ribs from my local butcher. 3 ribber weights a touch over 7 lbs. I put them on large egg around 7:00 and planning on a 8-9 hour smoke at around 250 degrees.

Five alarm fire wings. 400 degrees elevated direct.
Jalapeño poppers stuffed with pulled pork and wrapped in smoked bacon. 350 degrees on gasser.
Avocado dip with smoked Pueblo chiles and corn chips.
Maybe a wee sip of wine.
I hope my Boilermakers can hold Louisville to under 100 points.

So far today I have made French toast, peach/blueberry cobbler, chicken wings and the beef short ribs are still cooking. It's a good day

@leemschu thanks. My SIL was over and she goes nuts for the shrimp. These were sided with green bean casserole and homemade fries. I have some more protein lined up for tomorrow. Enjoy the weekend.
