Two zone cooking with the PSWOO

I purchased a 16" half moon stone from The Ceramic Grill Store to create 2 cooking zones (direct and indirect). I am using a PSWOO and a PSWOO Platform to hold the stone. This cook was for BBQ Chicken thighs. First I coated them with olive oil and BBQ rub. Then I started cooking at 375 degrees using indirect heat for about 45 minutes. Then I moved them over to the direct heat zone to finish them up and sear the sauce at about 425 degrees. I used KC Masterpiece sauce because it's not as sweet as some others.
