Bison Steaks - how to?

I Trexed my Bison ribeyes with a little Montreal Seasoning and they were great.

My brother did bison steaks. He says marinate them in buttermilk 24 hours, season to taste and grill.[p]Mike

Great Steaks!! You'll love them but they don't have any fat so there is a fine line between a good meal and a hockey puck. Cook them hot and fast, dust with any seasoning that you enjoy. You could probably even wrap them in bacon to help keep them moist during the cook (never tried it but pork fat does wonders for any thing). Good luck.
