Beef short ribs

With all the recent beef rib posts I needed some of these in my life. Plate ribs weren't at publix so I decided on some short ribs to substitute. 250 for about 4 hours, seasoned with olive oil and meat church rub. Sided with baked beans, sliced tomato with mozzarella/basil and balsamic glaze.
