I love fried pies. I need to do this.

OMG Grandmaw would put the apple slices on a screen held up by saw horses to dry. The yellow jackets and flys were all over them. But when they were dry she would make fried apple pies that were nothing short of WONDERFUL! I hadn't thought of that for years. How in the Hell did we survive the unsanitary conditions?
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
