Chicken n Shrimp Paella

No Egg pics but damn it was good.   Chicken,shrimp, red n yellow peppers, garlic, artichokes and the natural paella ingredients

    Love me paella on the BGE.  Great outcome but I figured you for a diamond paella pan.  ;)  Nailed it as always, even without the pan.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    Thank you!!  You will really enjoy your pan and Judy keep in mind it works for more than paella. Smash burgers are great in this the CS pan too.

    Paella is a special meal and needs to be cooked in an environment like the bge or over open flame. You made it look easy as always. I'm sure it was delicious.
