Great looking bird, ya know what would go awesome with THAT cook is to cut up some potatoes, carrots and maybe some onion, put it below the chicken and let it cook all together with the drippings from the chicken adding lotsa flavor .. yummo!I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

@NorthernQ that chicken looks perfect. Brown crispy skin. Great first cook!
Please note you will never achieve that perfection again. You will spend years chasing this rabbit and will eventually succumb to the fact that you're only good at cooking pork butts and burgers. And at times, even the burgers will be frustrating...
