    A Facebook fermenter told me I had too much headspace in my half gallon jar, and that could promote mold, so I moved it to two quart jars instead, so now I can leave one recipe constant and tweak the other recipe of needed. Now they're off for a dark nap. Still lots of headspace, but it is what it is at this point.
    I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
