They were the best chicken fajitas I've ever made. I can't believe living in Texas that my go to Tex-mex fajita recipe is from a Tennessee BBQ guy. I did sub the fajita seasoning with the meat church variety because I had it on hand. Also, added a fresh roasted hatch chili to my fajita.
