Is this covered under the warranty. Mine has a crack in it about halfway around it.

I recently got my firebox and fire ring replaced. It just took a photo and a scanned copy of the receipt emailed to a local dealer. Unless you're willing to pay shipping costs, it just gets added onto their next shipment. It only took two weeks for mine to arrive - guess the timing was right.

Just so you know - a lot of us keep on using cracked and even broken fireboxes which have been broken into many parts! It's ok getting a warranty replacement but cracked/broken boxes still work just fine! It just means the stress in the piece has been relieved. I once used a FB that was in 7 jigsaw pieces for at least 3 years or more. Yes I had a replacement in my garage.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
