Friday night steak

So went to the butcher and picked up this "Cowboy" steak at 2.85lbs, cooked it at 240 till it hit 120 then pulled it and got the egg to 650. Threw it back on for a 1:30 each side, cause it was 3" thick, and it was perfect. Oh rubbed it with Meat Church Holy Cow, my favorite cook. Thank you for looking

Great cook and result. Thick steak reverse sear turns out impressive groceries.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
