Great meal and a beautiful yard. I understand the DIY issues. I've been 18 months into my outdoor kitchen but finally approaching the finish line. Then we tackle the yard... There is a lot of satisfaction in doing your own work.
    Again - nice meal.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Stunning.  Beautiful property you have.  Your hard work shows and then some.  Thanks for sharing.
