Those look great! But 400° for two hours?
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I think he meant they were preseasoned for 2 hours(I hope).

I like doing batches of boneless thighs. They keep well for later use in various dishes, sandwiches, salads, etc.. Nothing like a smoked thigh on an English Muffin for breakfast.Michiana, South of the border.

Yes I go direct for these. I cook to an internal temp of 175-190. I feel the thighs can handle that tempStormbringer said:They look fantastic, direct heat?Northern New Jersey

Just did a breast for lunch. Didn't know your proportions so I used...
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
It was good, but needed something. Probably more salt, but no can do. Might add more chipotle next time. Maybe less sugar.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Seemed pretty self explanatory. Thread about thighs. Post about thighs. The word of the day is thighs. Spread the word.Legume said:

I will just agree with you and take your word for it. There must be nothing like a smoked thigh on an English muffin for breakfast.Teefus said:
