1st time pizzas

Having some company over for the weekend and kicked things off with some pizzas on the egg. Did a margherita, BBQ chicken and Pepperoni.
Got the dome at 500, took about 10-15 mins per pie. Tasted great and loved the crust on the bottom.

Not sure how to get rid of the air bubbles. Let the dough sit out an hour beforehand. Any suggestions?

Good looking pies!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

That was my favorite of the 3. BBQ/ranch base, red onion, banana paper, chicken and cheese. So damn goodSamIAm2 said:The chicken pie looks tasty. Looks like you'll soon have pizza dialed in.

Excellent first effort. How were the bottoms, did you get leoparding? You can reduce bubbles based on how you roll/form the dough, i.e. Press harder if you want fewer bubbles and a thinner crust. I like some bubbles.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
